this is my final project for the year in music tech. its very long , and busy. i used alot of chopping and bass sounds. the ending was difficult to come up with but overall its a fun song
Excellent work Val. This shows a lot of effort, and a good blend of the skills you aquired in class. Your piece is well thought out and colorfully orchestrated. I particuarly liked your main idea or "hook" - the chopped part in the intro- and thought that using the bell sound for the melody was clever orchestration. I also liked the simple bass drum part highlighted by auxilliary percussion- the wood block/ claves part was especially good.
